About Me

My career began as a Design Engineer and grew over 25 years into international leadership roles at companies including Johnson Controls, Reydel Automotive, Premium Sound Solutions, Grammer, Korn Consult Group, and most recently GKN Aerospace — with assignments in Germany, the USA, and Mexico.

I have led portfolios up to €600M, managed international teams of up to 120 people, and delivered programs for leading OEMs such as BMW, Daimler, and the Volkswagen Group. A core focus of my work is turning around underperforming organizations: at a client within the Aerospace industry, I improved on-time delivery from around 40% to 90%; in other engagements, I delivered EBIT improvements of up to 12% and cost savings of €15M.

Since September 2025, as Managing Director of my own consultancy, I advise companies in Automotive, Aerospace, and Defence on program leadership, restructuring, and governance — pragmatic, results-driven, and at eye level.

Experience & Industries

Automotive

Efficient processes, quality, and delivery performance are critical in the automotive sector. Over more than 15 years, I have led programs for OEMs including BMW, Daimler, and the Volkswagen Group — with individual program budgets up to €30M and portfolios up to €65M. At Grammer AG, I led an international team of 31 across Europe and Mexico and improved project governance across multiple sites.

Aerospace

Precision, safety, and reliability are essential in aerospace. At GKN Aerospace, I led a portfolio of approximately €350M across three countries and managed an international team of 17–30 people. Through new governance and process standards, I improved on-time delivery from around 40% to 90% and introduced a standardized PM framework across global sites.

Defence

Confidentiality, structure, and reliable governance are paramount in security-critical projects. I have led civil and defence program lines in parallel and previously secured a risk volume of around €150M through the turnaround of distressed suppliers — leading cross-functional crisis teams across purchasing, engineering, and operations. I bring this risk and crisis management experience to program coordination and change management for defence organizations today.
